Sourced from the Spring Mountain District on the northern edge of the Mayacamas
Mountains, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is drawn from one of Napa’s coolest
mountain sites. The southeast-facing exposure avoids the majority of the hot afternoon
sun, granting an elegance and age-worthy intensity to the fruit that valley-floor sites
rarely achieve. The wine is aged for thirty months in 70% new French oak, a cooperage
regimen that builds structure and depth while preserving the site’s distinctive minerality.
Production is limited to just twelve barrels.
