Overview

Named for the founders of Conn Creek, Cuvée Collins is a classically styled Bordeaux
blend anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon (90.4%), with Cabernet Franc (5%) contributing
aromatic lift and Malbec (4.6%) adding color and mid-palate weight. The wine spends
twenty-six months in 60% new French oak from the coopers Nadalie, Boutes, and
Radoux – houses selected for their tight grain and restrained toast profiles. At just
sixteen barrels, the wine is produced at a scale that allows Jean Hoefliger to treat each
variety and lot as a separate composition before final assembly.
